Welcome to the very first Culturebook post on ZF, detailing the latest news on my project designed to offer a new kind of mobile phone museum tour guide. Culturebook is all about engaging with cultural heritage in an engaging and exciting way. It’s a portal for cultural places and events, and a social network for everything culture!

The next phase of Culturebook has commenced with strategic planning to take it beyond the prototype stage. Both at Made in Brunel and New Designers there was significant interest in Culturebook by attendees. Many recognised the usefulness of Culturebook in a wide range of places and it’s potential purpose in different scenarios including the classroom.

The prototype Android app and website are now publicly accessible. Take a look and submit you feedback here in the comments section.
